This is a prototype of the amplifier chassis design shown to the left (in stereo 150W form). It utilises an industry standard heatsink with additional machining as the basis of the entire rear panel giving good thermal performance in a simple convection cooled design.

Over the years, we have been involved with many projects using Audio Power Amplifiers. From relatively low power units used in domestic situations, through high power units used in professional audio systems to specialised multi-kilowatt units used for Industrial applications.

Our experience ranges from servicing and modifying commercial products, through to complete custom design of both amplifiers and systems.

One of the most highly respected amplifier manufacturers is Crown International (see links) Under the Crown, Amcron and Techron brands they have created some of the most famous amplifiers in the World (The DC300A, the PSA-2, the M600 and the 7780). We have extensive experience with products from the Crown stable, particularly with Industrial applications (Vibration test, MRI scanners etc.) If you need assistance with servicing, modifying or installing any of these (or similar) products then please contact us and we will try to help.  We carry a limited stock of spare parts for the earlier Crown products (including service manuals) and we know where to get them from if we don't have them - if you're looking for something specific, let us know.
